
Athletic Programs. Grace Christian Academy is a member of the West County Athletic League. We desire to run an excellent sports program and expect nothing but the best for our athletes, coaches, parents and fans. Athletes must maintain a 2.0 GPA with no F's. They are expected to conduct themselves as godly young men and women, exercising self-control and displaying good sportsmanship at all times. This behavior is expected to be modeled by their coaches and parents. The following sports are offered for an additional fee:

Extended Care. Grace Christian Academy has a extended care program for students who require supervision before or after regular school hours. The program hours are 7:00-7:45 am & 3:30-6:00 pm and the charge is $3.00 per hour.

Field Trips and Public Events: GCA believes that educational field trips enhance the program of instruction and add much to the education of the child. These field trips could include, but are not limited to, the Federal Reserve, concerts, theater, symphony, athletic events, etc.
Food Service: GCA has a modest Snack Bar that provides breakfast, lunch, and snack items. This service opens at 7:30 am and remains open for after-school snacks until approximately 3:40 pm. Snacks are provided for Preschool and Prekindergarten twice during the day, morning and afternoon. Extended care students receive a snack after school. The school provides all snacks. Health Room Services. A registered nurse is on staff at Grace Christian Academy and works on a part-time basis. During the hours that she is not scheduled to work, trained volunteers or office staff will be filling in. Hearing, Vision and Scoliosis screening is provided for all GCA students.
Recess (PS - 5th Grades). Outdoor recesses are scheduled each day of school. Indoor activities are planned during inclement weather when children cannot play outside.
